Not a question as I think asking questions from other people when you can just go out and beget the knowledge yourself is pretty lazy. Rather this is a discussion to help increase our general perception about Metabolism and how important it is to understand it when it comes to diluting for drug tests. I’m no expert… I’ll just share my thoughts and ideas and if I’m wrong redress me.
If you’re like me, substituting appropriate isn’t very possible because I take couple piss tests a week with a dude established behind me. I’d rather pure dilute. One thing I will say about dilution is that you can’t smoke wrecklessly and try to thin the day before thinking everything resoluteness be grow lukewarm. It’session more like a lifestyle. You have to meet it at least moiety way by abstaining. I’ve actually stopped smoking but I dont deficiency to wait 1 - 1 1/2 months for my system to be whole on it’s recognize so I’m diluting. Since I wont have being smoking I think dilution is the great because I will only have to complete it until my plan is naturally clean.. and I wont be reintroducing any new THC into my fat.
But I observe think it’session partial to talk more about dilution techniques and how to keep your urine integrity and to not talk about metabolism which is really the other moiety. I dont want this to sound like a gym class, but in essence that’s the sort of it decree unmutilated like
Ok enough rambling. ONCE AGAIN CORRECT ME ON ANYTHING IM NOT RIGHT ON. I’M NO EXPERT JUST HUNGRY TO SHARE IDEAS W/ MY FELLOW BRETHREN AND LEARN MYSELF.
BASICS: Test dont test for THC yet rather the by products of THC once they are broken down in the plan. THC is stored in the fat and is released at constant rate.. a rate that is regulated by means of metabolism. To get THC out of your fat faster you increase your metabolism. Vice Versa is also true. Now what matters is not what is in your fat in succession the day of the piss touchstone but what is in your blood/urine. When anything is burned out of your fat it goes to the blood/urine such if you excercise RIGHT before a test you’re actually sending more ‘THC’ to your piss. The idea is to get that balance between a high metabolism to burn THC fast and abstaining from whatever will increase your metabolism the day before or day of a test and focusing on diluting your actualy piss. There is a sticky onward DILUTION up top so there is no need to discuss that.
Alot of men think not eating fat’s will help them reduce fat.. but it doesnt labor like that. The protein from those fats are in fact the kind of help fuel your metabolism to work. That along with complex carbs.
Meal Frequency affects metabolism. Just remember everytime you eat metabolism goes up. Eating 4-5 balanced meals a day is good. If you skip meals your body goes into fat storage mode which when trying to burn productive is not what you want. Right before the test you want fat to be stored up and not going to the blood/urine so based forward these facts maybe skipping more meals the day before and the day of the test might help. Maybe metabolism doesnt recoil to your actions that recklessly. Experts consonance in!
Since meal frequency affects metabolism you definitely indigence to eat breakfast because during sleep is the longest time your body should go with out food. Waiting to 12 or 1 to eat isnt good.
Staying hydrated AT ALL TIMES is important, not becaue of the dilution factor (because yes whenever diluting it only matters what you drink right before the test) but 70% of all bodily functions take place in water.. not having enough water in your system slows in a descending course all bodily processes.
As far as working out goes doing real basic, steady, aerobic excercises really doesnt perform much to increase metabolism. You want intense interval training(walking then running then walking again, alternating betwen high and low intensity) and even lifting more weights will help. Muscle tissue is weighty in speeding up metabolism also.
Anyway Im done I feel like a gym teacher. I just want people to be able to educate themselves so they can answer their recognize questions. At the extremity of the day YOUR elevation, weight, genetics, eating habits, and lifestyle affect your metabolism and nobody can really answer the questions "Im 5′8 160 pds and I smoke 5 times a day.. how long do I have to stop?" Just learn about Metabolism, THC metabolites and by products, urine integrity and form your own combination of parts to form a whole to beat THE SYSTEM. Sorry I went on so long. PEACE
