Home Drug Hair Follicle Test (KAUZ Wichita Falls)

Posted on August 22, 2008

Rider JV Quarterback Malcolm Carter is a stupendous role model to not old kids at the YMCA.  But the kids he volunteers for and the football team verily help Malcolm say no to drugs.

"If coach comes up to you and asks you to assume a drug test you say yes cause you know you’re clean." said Malcolm Carter.

But the coaches aren’t the only ones looking out for him.

"Parents always want you to do honorable in school and everything otherwise." said Carter.

Which is why W.F.P.D. DARE Officer Kris Henning suggests all parents invest in home hair follicle drug testing kits, even on the supposition that some teens won’t like it.

"They feel like it’s one raid of privacy, they really are upset about it at the time that they give heed to." said Officer Henning.

But Malcolm says there’s another way to look at it. The tests be able to increase trust with mom and dad and help fight peer influence.

"They can say my parents have a kit at home if I come acting suspicious my parents are going to test me so I have to say NO!" said Officer Henning.

The tests reports high, medium and low drug usage, so parents, if it does come back positive you’ll be able to win help sooner rather than later.
